Synopsis:

Hoping to inspire Oguri Cap, Musaka takes her and Belno Light to see the Takarazuka Kinen, a Grand Prix race where the lineup is decided by a fan poll. There, Oguri Cap witnesses the racer currently dominating the Twinkle Series.
